% 07.12.2018 CM APPL.51487/2018 in MAC.APP. 1028/2017 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of respondent No.1 - claimant seeking release of the FDRs. Counsel for the applicant-claimants submits that the matter has already been disposed of by this Court vide judgment dated 14.05.2018. He further submits that the claimants are facing financial hardship and require an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) from the compensation amount for fulfilment of basic needs and for the expenses to be incurred in the marriage of their daughter which is fixed on 12.12.2018. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the claimants and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed with directions to the Manager, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch to release/transfer rupees five lakhs into the savings bank account of claimants

along with the interest accrued thereon, if any, in the proportion and in the manner indicated in the Award, forthwith, after due verification, as per rules. With aforesaid directions, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

As prayed, copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
