% 27.11.2017 Crl. M.A. no.19533/2017 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. BAIL APPLN. 2419/2017 Petitioner seeks interim bail for attending the marriage of his younger brother scheduled for 9th December, 2017.

Learned APP has opposed the grant of interim bail to petitioner. It is contended that eye-witnesses have yet to be examined. These witnesses had been given threats, therefore, have been provided security through DLSA. Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be taken in custody to the

marriage venue of his brother on 9th December, 2017, so as to ensure that he participates in the marriage.
