BAIL APPLN. 2420/2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks interim bail to attend the marriage of his cousin sister as well as the cousin brother. Marriages of Ms. Vandana and Mr. Vikas the two children of Mr. Priyavart Sehrawat are fixed for 29th November, 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to reveal the exact relationship between the petitioner and Ms. Vandana and Mr. Vikas and claims that they are distant cousins. A perusal of the card and the memo of parties reveals that the petitioner is the son of Rohtas whereas Vandana and Vikas are the children of Priyavart Sehrawat who in turn is the son of Mange Ram Sehrawat. There being no close relation between the parties, this Court finds no ground to grant interim bail. BAIL APPLN. 2420/2017

Application is dismissed.
