1. Since the decree dated 31st March 2006 in favour of the Decree Holder („DH') is only against Judgment Debtor („JD') No. 1, JD Nos. 2 to 7 are not necessary parties to this execution petition. They are directed to be struck off from the array of the parties. Amended memo of parties be filed within one week.

2. As far as service upon JD No. 1 is concerned, learned counsel for the DH states that they do not have the present correct address of JD No. 1 (now the sole JD).
