% 22.01.2018 CRL.M.A. 1315/2018 in CRL.M.C. 5063/2017 The petition has been disposed of vide order dated 04.12.2017 and is taken up today on CRL.M.A. 1315/2018 filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 04.12.2017 submitting inter alai to the effect that the name of the police station in relation to the FIR No. 252/15, under Section 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been erroneously mentioned as the police station Vikaspuri in place of the police station Janakpuri, which is borne out to be correct on a perusal of the charge-sheet and the submissions made in the petition. The prayer is not opposed on behalf of the State as well. The proceedings dated 04.12.2017 in terms of the Section 362 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 are thus modified, which is to be read as the police station Janak Puri in place of police station Vikas Puri in relation to CRL.M.C. 5063/2017

the FIR No. 252/15, under Section 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in the following paragraphs : - a. Paragraph No. 1 at Page No. 1 of Order dated 04.12.2017 b. Paragraph No. 4 at Page No. 2 of Order dated 04.12.2017 c. Paragraph No. 2 at Page No. 3 of Order dated 04.12.2017 The application is disposed of accordingly.
