% 28.11.2017 The only ground on which the National Council for Teacher Education, i.e., the appellant has approached the Division Bench is that the impugned order has wrongly alluded to academic year 2017-18. The writ petitioner which is represented by its counsel Mr. Ravi Kant and Mr. Mayank Manish states that there is no objection if the direction contained in the impugned judgment reflects "to consider the applicant for academic year 2018-19 rather than 2017-18".

The judgment of the Single Judge is accordingly modified; the NCTE is directed to process the respondent/writ petitioner‟s LPA 756/2017

application for the course in its institute for the academic year 2018-19.

The appeal stands disposed of along with applications filed. Order dasti.
