This is a joint application filed by the petitioner and the respondents, inter alia, praying that a settlement amount of Rs.3,83,50,700/- (Rupees Three Crores Eighty Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand and Seven Hundred) along with interest accrued thereon be remitted to the account of the respondent maintained with HDFC Bank (Bank A/c No. 00030340025483). The said amount was deposited by respondent no.1 with the Registry of this Court in terms of order dated 17.02.2020.

For the reasons stated in the said application, the same is allowed. The Registrar shall release the amount in question (Rs.3,83,50,700/- along with interest accrued thereon) to respondent no.1's account as mentioned in para 5 of the application and as noted above. 3.
