CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 19.07.2018 The only grievance of the petitioners/accused is that revisional Court did not afford any opportunity of hearing to petitioners before disposing of the revision petition filed by the respondent no.2. It is submitted that no
notice was issued to petitioners/accused.
It is trite law that principles of natural justice demands that opportunity of hearing is afforded to the respondent/ accused.
Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside and matter is remanded back to Revisional Court for hearing the matter afresh and pass orders in accordance with law.
Parties are directed to appear before the Revisional Court on 06th August, 2018.
Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J JULY 19, 2018 ab
