% 27.11.2017 Mr. Pawan Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, at this stage, with liberty to approach the Financial Commissioner seeking vacation of the ex-parte interim orders dated 24th October, 2017 and 14th November, 2017, in accordance with law.
Leave and liberty granted.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed off accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed off. It is hoped and expected that if an application is filed before the Financial Commissioner, the same shall be disposed off expeditiously, in accordance with law.
