CONT.CAS(C) 801/2017 Learned counsel for the respondent states, the order against which contempt petition has been filed i.e. dated September 19, 2016, was challenged in an Intra Court Appeal being LPA No.80/2017, which was dismissed on January 30, 2017, and against which order, the respondent is in the process of filing an SLP before the Supreme Court. Noting the submission made above, the contempt petition is adjourned sine die, granting liberty to parties to revive the contempt petition after the decision of the Supreme Court.
