% 24.07.2018 The learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a copy of the letter dated 12.05.2018 addressed by the respondent to the petitioner, giving the details of how the amounts payable under the arbitral award shall be adjusted against the outstanding dues of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the award in respect of the claims mentioned in the letter stands satisfied and nothing survives in the present Execution Petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
