This is a joint application filed by the petitioner and the respondents, inter alia, praying that a settlement amount of Rs.5,11,34,250/- (Rupees Five Crores Eleven Lakhs Thirty Four Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty) along with the interest accrued thereon be remitted to the account of the respondent maintained with HDFC Bank (Bank A/c No. 00030340025483). The said amount was deposited by respondent no.1 with the Registry of this Court in terms of order dated 17.02.2020.

For the reasons stated in the said application, the same is allowed. The Registrar General is directed to release the amount in question (Rs.5,11,34,250/- along with interest accrued thereon) to respondent no.1's by:DUSHYANT RAWAL
