Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The application is disposed of.

W.P.(C) 62/2018 & CM No.288/2018 (by the petitioner for stay) 1.

Learned counsel for the respondents, states that in compliance of the order dated 17.01.2018, two certificates have been filed, both dated 23.01.2018, one issued by the DIG, SHQ, BSF, Sriganganagar and the other by the DIG, SHQ, BSF, Sunderbani, Rajouri (J&K), stating inter alia that the procedure for recruitment to the post of Head Constable (Ministerial), circulated vide letter dated 18.09.2014, was in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure and the Key Depression Per Hour (KDPH) method was W.P.(C) 62/2018

adopted for conducting the tests at the Jodhpur Centre and the Jammu Centre between 11.09.2017 to 16.09.2017.

In view of the aforesaid certificates, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.

The petition is disposed of, along with the pending application in terms of the order dated 04.01.2018, passed in W.P.(C) No. 10501/2017 and the other connected matters.
