Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite there being status quo order, there is alleged to be violation of the same. 2.
This Court has also gone through the averments made in the plaint as well as in the application moved under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that, while reserving his rights and contentions, he does not press the present petition and submits that he would pursue with the substantive application moved under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 5.
The plaintiff is at liberty to pursue the above said injunction application.
