By way of this application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC, the respondents/landlords seeks permission to place on record a compromise arrived at between the parties whereunder possession of the subject premises stands restored to the respondents/landlords. In support this application, the petitioner/tenant as well as respondent no. 1 landlord on behalf of both respondents have appeared and they confirmed that the dispute have been settled and possession of the subject premises stands restored to the respondents/landlords. Having spoken with the parties, I am satisfied that the dispute stands settled. The application is allowed and the possession letter annexed as Annexure A to the application is taken on record.
