O R D E R

% 28.09.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 28th July, 2014 passed in W.P.(C) 1444/2014 and the order dated 17th April, 2015 passed in Cont. Cas.(C) 184/2015. By both the aforesaid orders the Directorate of Education, South Delhi Municipal Corporation was directed to decide the petitioners' representations within three months.

Today in Court, Ms. Arunima Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2/SDMC has handed over a photocopy of the replyaffidavit. Along with the said affidavit, respondent-SDMC has enclosed an order dated 15th July, 2015 by virtue of which recommendation of Dr. B.R.

Ambedkar Adarsh Vidyalaya, Sector-IV, Dakshin Puri, Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi-110062 has been withdrawn.

Ms. Shilpa Chohan, learned counsel for respondent no. 3-School states that in view of the withdrawal of the recognition, the School is no longer in operation and has shut down.

In view of the aforesaid development, present contempt petition is closed.
