Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the order dated 15.12.2017 passed by the respondents/CRPF granting the petitioner, the benefit of the first and second ACP on completion of 12 years and 24 years respectively, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition. The order dated 15.12.2017, passed by the respondents is handed over by learned counsel for the petitioner and is taken on record. 2.
The respondents shall ensure that the arrear and the consequential benefits are released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today and his PPO is revised simultaneously.
