% 30.11.2017 This application is for extension of the period for arbitral proceedings as the period of 12 months has already been elapsed and so also the earlier extended period of 06 months which is now going to expire on 01.12.2017. The learned arbitrator has asked the parties to get further extension from this Court.

Both the learned counsels for parties concedes for the extension of further three months period uptill 01.03.2018. In the circumstances, the period of conducting of the arbitral proceedings stand further extended by 03 months till 01.03.2018. The applications stands disposed of.
