O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 55/2017 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on 14.6.2016 pursuant to the notice of the non-applicant, the decree holder appointed Sh. Ravi Gupta, Senior Advocate as the learned arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. On 4.3.2017 the learned arbitrator extended the time for arbitration by six months with the consent of the parties. It is submitted that said 6 months‟ period shall expire on 4.12.2017 and arbitrator has requested both the parties to get extension of time for completion of arbitration proceedings. Since the respondent, who is present in person, has no objection, the period of conducting the arbitral proceedings is further

extended by 8 weeks w.e.f. 13.12.2017 till 13.02.2018. The petition stands disposed of.
