We are informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been resolved and that in terms of the settlement three post dated cheques have been given to the petitioner. The first of this cheque stood encashed on 28th September, 2016; the second will be encashed on 25th December, 2016 and the third is encashable on 25th September, 2017.

Mr.Rajesh Bhatnagar, respondent no.1 who appears in person, has ensured this court that the cheques will be encashed on Cont.Cas (Crl.) No.7/2015 Page No.1 of 2
presentation.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this contempt petition and prays that the same may be disposed of with liberty to revive the same in case the post dated cheques are dishonoured.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
