O R D E R

% 27.03.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the said settlement has been reduced into writing today i.e. 27th March, 2017 and prays that the same may be taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions from the respondent, who is present in Court, confirms the factum of amicable settlement between the parties and further submits that the said settlement entered into between the parties is voluntary and without any force, pressure and coercion and further submits that he has no objection if the said settlement is taken on record.

In view of the amicable settlement entered into between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to

withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The settlement dated 27th March, 2017 is exhibited as Mark 'X' and the same is taken on record. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the said settlement and shall not violate the same in any manner whatsoever.

Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties, as prayed. I.S.MEHTA, J MARCH 27, 2017 'dc'
