CO.APPL. 3606/2016 (Restoration) The present application seeks restoration of Company Petition No.754/2015, which came to be disposed of by way of order dated 18.04.2016 on the basis that the parties hereto have arrived at an amicable resolution of the underlying dispute.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that the cheques issued in pursuance to the aforesaid compromise have since been dishonoured and that the realization of the said cheques was the gravamen of the said order dated 18.04.2016.

Notice. Mr Bhandari, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and prays for time to file a reply. Let the reply be filed within two weeks with an advance copy to counsel
