By way of this petition, petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR No. 24/2011, under Section 420/120-B/506/467/211/468/471/34 IPC, registered at PS Dhaula Kuan.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of State submits that chargehseet has been filed in the said FIR and petitioner has been kept in column No.12. 3.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of State/R-1, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy if necessity arises. 4.

According the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for.
