% 13.01.2017 Today in Court, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a banker's cheque No. 552014 dated 12th January, 2017 drawn on the Bank of Baroda as well as a demand draft No. 088578 dated 12th January, 2017 drawn on J&K Bank, to the petitioner in full and final settlement.

Since, there has been a delay in making the payments, both the respondents are directed to pay costs of Rs.20,000/- each within a period of six weeks.

In view of the aforesaid payments, the present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied and the notices issued are discharged.
