It was initially rejected.

However, learned counsel for the respondent states that sanction has been accorded in sum of `5,68,470/-. Counsel assures that necessary payment shall be released to the petitioner within four weeks from today.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition as infructuous. 3.
