% 13.07.2016 The property in question is property no.WZ-515, Naraina Village, New Delhi.

The prayer in the present petition is that the aforenoted property should be demolished as unauthorized and illegal construction has been raised upon it.

Status report has been filed by respondent no.1. In this report, it has been stated the aforenoted property was booked on 01.10.2015; the entire ground floor, second floor as also third floor has been

booked. After following due process of law demolition order was passed on 26.10.2015. Demolition programme was fixed for 19.11.2015 but action could not be taken as the police force was not available. However, on 01.12.2015 part demolition of the roof slab of the 4th floor was carried out. The further demolition programme is now fixed for 08.8.2016.

Respondent no.2 is directed to assist the respondent no.1 in the aforenoted programme and all action as is permissible by law would be taken by the respondents.

Copy of the action taken will be furnished to the petitioner. No further orders are called for in this petition. It is disposed of.
