Learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents have passed an order dated 16.1.2018 in compliance with the order dated 15.12.2017, passed in the present proceedings whereunder, notional seniority of the petitioner has been re-fixed with effect from 27.11.2014 and he has been held entitled to all service and monetary benefits, as admissible in law.

A copy of the order dated 16.1.2018 is taken on record with a copy furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner, who is satisfied. 3.
