% 01.12.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice states that an order in original would be passed within two working days. 2.

We would take the statement on record. We grant the respondents four working days' time to pass the orders and in case, the said order is not passed within four working days, the respondents would release the goods on the basis of the bills of entry.

With the aforesaid observations, we dispose of the present writ petition. We clarify that in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the assessment, it would be entitled to challenge the said order in accordance with law. Issue of demurrage charges, etc., has not been examined by us and

on the said issue, it would be open to the petitioner to challenge the said charges again, in accordance with law.

A copy of this order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
