1. None has appeared for the Petitioner despite a pass over. It is noticed that on 25th April 2017 a request was made for engaging another counsel. Again on 21st August 2017 none appeared for the Petitioners. On 22nd September 2017 one of the Petitioners appeared in person prayed for some time to engage another counsel.
2. Since no one appears for the Petitioners, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
