In the interest of justice, adverse orders were deferred, making it clear that if there is no appearance on behalf of the Plaintiff on the next date of hearing, the suit will be dismissed for non-prosecution.

The matter was listed on 22.04.2025 on which date there was no appearance on behalf of the Plaintiff.

It appears that Plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit. The suit, along with pending application, is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution and in default of appearance.
