1. There is a settlement agreement dated 26th August, 2016 placed on record. It is prayed that suit be disposed of in terms of settlement/agreement. Parties are present and have affirmed the settlement/agreement.
2. The settlement is taken on record. It shall be binding on the parties. As prayed for, the suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
3. The settlement has been reached before framing of issues. The Registry will issue to the Plaintiff, within two weeks, a certificate of refund of half of the court fee paid by the Plaintiff in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act.
