% 08.05.2017 The parties have settled the matter. Learned counsel for the respondents has today handed over a banker's cheque dated 23.03.2017 in the sum of Rs.5,55,153/-drawn on HDFC Bank to the learned counsel for the petitioner. He will also pay another sum of Rs. 1.5 lakhs to the petitioner within two weeks from today. On receipt of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all dues and claims of the petitioner would stand satisfied.
