% 23.02.2016 Mr. Naushad Ahmed Khan, Additional Standing Counsel has stated that the Delhi Government has agreed that the present set of petitioners would be adjusted in the same institution or any other institution of Department of Training and Technical Education for a period of one year from 1st January, 2016. The reason why the date 1st January, 2016 has been fixed and stipulated is because the earlier contractual agreement term for employment had come to an end on 31st December, 2015. Mr. K.C. Mittal, Senior Advocate, on instructions from Ms. Ruchika

Mittal, Advocate, states that the said statement is acceptable to the petitioners, who are present in the Court.

Taking the said statement on record, we dispose of the present writ petition. Of course, the petitioners would sign the contract with the respondent as per the past practice. We clarify that this order would not be construed as an order granting or conferring new right to the petitioners to claim regular employment because the new or fresh contract is being signed. We also clarify that this order will not prevent the government from examining any representation of the petitioners. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
