% 22.10.2019 CRL.M.A. 38889/2019 Vide the instant application, the applicant/ complainant seeks direction thereby to release the FDR with the interest accrued thereupon, which is lying in the Bail Application No. 2151/2015 before the Registrar of this Court.

Notice.

Learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of non-applicant/ accused and submits that he has no objection if the present application is allowed. Accordingly, the Registrar is directed to release the FDR, which was deposited for an amount of Rs.5 lakh by the petitioner/ accused pursuant to the directions passed by this Court, in favour of the applicant/ complainant including interest accrued thereon.
