% 04.04.2018 Present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging noncompliance of the order dated May 5, 2015 in LPA 230/2015. It is the stand of the respondents that they have complied with the order of the Division Bench in the aforesaid appeal, inasmuch the respondents have passed an order dated October 19, 2016.

During the course of his submissions, Mr. Sanjay Ghose, learned ASC appearing for the respondent/GNCTD states, there is no statutory remedy available to the petitioner under the Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1952. On this submission of Mr. Ghose, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the contempt petition

to seek such remedy as available to the petitioner in accordance with law. The petition and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J APRIL 04, 2018/jg
