% 29.10.2018 1.
The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 07.01.2015 whereby the Letter of Approval (LOA) dated 26.11.2007 as well as the allotment of plot bearing No. 55A at the Noida SEZ has been cancelled. Although, the petitioner has raised several grounds in the petition to assail the same, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not wish to press the same. He has limited his grievance in this petition only to the value for the construction and development made by the petitioner on the said plot. He states that even if the allotment is cancelled, he would be entitled to the value for the investment made in the constructing and developing the said plot.
2.
Ms Acharya, learned ASG states, on instructions, that the concerned
authorities have appointed an independent agency to assess the value of the construction and development on the plot and on such assessment being completed, the respondents would pay the value of the same. 3.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition except to direct the respondents to complete the process of assessment of the value of the construction and development on the plot in question as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today.
4.
The petition is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
