% 26.09.2016 File has been received from the Hon'ble Court for transferring the matter before the appropriate district court. The matter was earlier transferred to District Courts (South), but the same was received back with the observation that the suit falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District.

I have perused the order dated 27.07.2016 which states that the respondent is having its office at Lodhi Colony which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District.

Perusal of the plaint shows that office of the defendant is situated at Scope Complex, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District.

Hence, Registry is directed to send the complete records to the Ld. District Judge, (South-East), Saket Courts on 14th October, 2016. Parties shall appear before Ld.
