% 09.01.2019 Status report has been filed by the respondent indicating that as per the report received from the AIIMS the petitioner has concluded the initial intensive case of the treatment of Tuberculosis and is now in continuation phase which is ongoing and thus he is not required to be present everyday for treatment.
The petitioner has handed over the latest medical documents from the AIIMS which shows that the petitioner has been detected to be resistant to Rifampicin with the result he has been prescribed injection which is to be administered daily.
As per the observation of the AIIMS petitioner is in category IV which is conventional but because of his being resistant to Rifampicin he is required to take injections daily.

Considering that the petitioner is on regular medication, this Court deems it fit to extend the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 7th December, 2018 for a period of one more month on the same terms and condition as granted by the learned Trial Court. Since the petitioner has sought extension of interim bail by this Court for treatment for four months, the petition is disposed of as vide order dated 7th December, 2018 petitioner's interim bail was extended till today and a further extension of one month have been granted.
