CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 14.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to meet his daughter who has delivered a baby girl and also to look after his old age mother who is suffering from various ailments and maintain social ties.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report the grand-daughter of the petitioner was born on 27th June, 2018 and the mother of the petitioner stated that she was suffering from high blood pressure and produced the treatment papers thereon. A perusal of the medical documents produced shows regular complaints of hypertension.

W.P.(CRL) 3698/2018

As per the nominal roll after the birth of the child the petitioner has availed furlough for a period of two weeks w.e.f. 13th July, 2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has granted three furloughs in this years and one being after the grand child was born and there is no serious ailment to the mother, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
