% 20.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been blessed with a baby girl and thus the petitioner would like to see her. A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner was twice granted parole once by this Court in the year 2016 and then by Govt. of NCT of Delhi from 30th March, 2017 to 27th April, 2017, however, the petitioner did not surrender on 27th April, 2017 and was re-arrested only on 12th April, 2018 after nearly one year.
Considering the previous conduct of the petitioner this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.
Petition is dismissed.
