% 10.12.2018 The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, 1949, has been instituted on behalf of the petitioner, seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus, directing the respondents to produce Ms. Saloni @ Farah Naaz, the wife of the petitioner. The Delhi Police has produced Ms. Saloni @ Farah Naaz, before this Court today.

We have interacted with Ms. Saloni @ Farah Naaz, Mr. Pramod Kumar, as well, Mr. Mohd. Naushad, in Chambers. In view of the circumstance that, Ms. Saloni @ Farah Naaz, has appeared before this Court and expressed her desire to reside with her parents, at this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this petitioner any further.
