BAIL APPLN. 2891/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks interim bail for four weeks on the ground that he has still to recover money.
Case of the petitioner is that he was earlier also granted interim bail for the same purpose, however, two of the persons from whom recovery was to be made were hospitalised.
This Court granted interim bail to the petitioner vide order dated 17th August, 2018 and as per the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was released on interim bail after 2-3 days.
BAIL APPLN. 2891/2018
The medical documents of Sandeep enclosed with the documents along with the petition. Page-33 of the paper book discloses that the same is only an OPD card for visit on 16th August, 2018 with a follow up. Sandeep was not hospitalised. Further Shubham Sharma was also under the treatment of Dr. Munish Kumar Sachdeva and was having OPD treatment and there is no document that he was admitted during the said period. Considering the documents placed on record this Court finds no ground to grant interim bail to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
