% 11.01.2018 This petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner invoking the arbitration agreement as contained in General Clause 8.2 of the contracts and for adjudication of disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Contract No.

DAC/CSMP/01/02/03/05/06/07/2014 dated 21st May, 2014. Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent has no objection if a Sole Arbitrator is appointed for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the above contract.

In view of the above, I find no impediment for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator.

With the consent of the parties, I direct the parties to appear before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) on 29th January, 2018 at 2.00 p.m. DIAC shall appoint a Sole Arbitrator for

adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties. The arbitration and the fee shall be governed by the DIAC Rules. The petition is allowed in the above terms.
