This is a joint application preferred under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the CPC.

The application bears the signatures of the counsel for the petitioners as well as that of counsel for the respondent company. 4.

Furthermore, the application also bears the signatures of the Director of the petitioner company as also of, one, Mr. Samresh Agarwal, the Authorised Representative of the respondent company. 5.

The application is also supported by an affidavit of the Authorised Representative of the respondent company and the Statement of Truth of O.M.P. (COMM) 24/2018

Mr. Rajeev Ramanlal Jain, Director of the Petitioner company. 6.

The prayer made in this joint application is for permission to withdraw the petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The Registry is directed to number the application and place the same on record.

As prayed, the captioned petition being OMP (COMM) 24/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
