% 27.11.2017 Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the legal issues in SA No. 162/2017 titled as "Goel Jewellery & Mart Pvt. Ltd. vs. Deutsche Bank AG", which has been instituted by them and is pending adjudication before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Delhi (for short 'DRT'). Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed off accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed off. The DRT is directed to dispose off the said SA No. 162/2017 expeditiously, after hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, preferably on the next date of hearing fixed before it, i.e. 23rd December, 2017 itself in accordance with law. Ms. Suruchi Suri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Deutsche Bank AG/respondent states that they shall maintain status quo with respect to the subject property i.e. House No. 4, Plot No. 10, Under Hill Lane, Under Hill Road, Civil Lines, Delhi-110054, till the next date of hearing.

Directed accordingly.
