% 01.02.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made an application with the respondent for alternative accommodation on 31st January, 2006 vide diary no.48.

It is further submitted that seniority be counted from the date of the application.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that application has already been received by the respondent. Further that application will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon and communicate the same to petitioner within two months.

Needless to say that petitioner shall be afforded opportunity of hearing. Dasti.
