% 28.02.2018 Mr. Mehra has tendered a status report, which is taken on record. Police has also produced Samia Praveen, daughter of the petitioner. We have interacted with Samia Praveen in chamber. She states that she wishes to return with the petitioner who is present in court. The petitioner has assured this court that he shall not exercise any force or coercion on his daughter for any purpose and not get her married to any person until she turns major and without her will. Samia Praveen states that she wishes to pursue her studies. The petitioner has undertaken that he shall continue to support Samia Praveen so that she can study further.

Samia Praveen shall accompany the petitioner from the Court itself. All her belongings lying at Sweet Home, Najafgarh, Delhi shall be delivered

to the Investigating officer concerned, who shall in turn deliver the same to the petitioner.

Since Samia Praveen has been produced and handed over to the petitioner, who is the father of Samia Praveen this petition has become infructuous.

A copy of this order be given dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
