% 20.12.2017 The petitioner has admittedly obtained his No Objection Certificate (NOC) on 01.06.2017 that is after the order had been passed by the appeal body that is by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) / respondent No. 1 who had passed its order on 02.12.2016.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. Learned counsel for the respondent points out that in similar situation in W.P.(C) 1510/2017; Excel College of Education vs National Council for Teacher Education & Anr, this Bench vide declining to grant relief to the petitioner had permitted the petitioner to move an application before the appropriate authority to seek recognition for the course mentioned in the writ petition (for the next

academic session which would be for the year 2018-19). A further direction had been given in that case that in the even to filing of such an application, the Southern Regional Committee will decide that application expeditiously. The petitioner prays for the same relief. Ordered accordingly.
