% 01.02.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made an application with the respondent for alternative accommodation on 31st January, 2006 vide diary no.48.

It is further submitted that petitioner be granted seniority of the said application. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that application has already been received by the respondent and will be considered in accordance with law after giving ample opportunities of hearing to the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within two months. Needless to say that petitioner will have opportunity of hearing. Dasti.
