Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the flat bearing No.DII/233, Kidwai Nagar (West), New Delhi to the respondents on or before 10th December, 2017. The petitioner's husband, present in Court, has handed over the undertaking of the petitioner on affidavit which is taken on record.

Copy of the same is handed over to learned counsel for the appellant. The undertaking of the petitioner is accepted. 3.

The petitioner shall handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the flat bearing No.DII/233, Kidwai Nagar (West), New Delhi to CPWD on or before 10th December, 2017 in terms of the undertaking given to this

Court. The petitioner shall also complete all the necessary formalities for handing over of the possession. In the event of the failure of the petitioner to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject flat to CPWD on or before 10th December, 2017 in terms of the undertaking given to this Court today, the respondent would be entitled to take over the possession as well as initiate proceedings in violation of the undertaking given to this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a cheque for Rs.25,000/- to learned counsel for the respondent towards the cost imposed by this Court in order dated 20th November, 2017 in W.P.(C) 10282/2017. The petitioner's husband present in Court undertakes to deposit the balance cost of Rs.25,000/- with the concerned authority within three days. The undertaking of the petitioner is hereby accepted. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the undertakings of the petitioner.
